Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) involves melting the plastic and forcing it into a hollow tube known as a parison. A cold metal mold then encloses it. As air is blown into the parison, it inflates, taking the shape of the mold. After the plastic has cooled, the mold is opened and the part is ejected.
Creative has experience since 1995 with Parison programming and has equipment ranging from 2H X 2S to 6H X 2S. We were the first company to introduce the 6H X 2S technology in India and have been effectively operating it since 2004.
